-GENERAL-

By making a request to me, you agree to my Terms and Conditions.

I have the right to refuse any request I find objectionable.

The deliverable may not be resold/redistributed.

In using the deliverables, you may not alter them in such an obvious way as to detract from the essential parts of the deliverables. Please contact me if you wish to modify or add to the model.

I am authorized to post commissions and WIPs on social media and use them as samples. Please let me know if you do not want it published until your debut.

Please credit me, the artist/rigger, with a link to my X.

Live2D commissions are considered commercial use. It can be used for delivery or video.

Live2D working files (cmo3) will not be given/sold to the client.

Commission prices are subject to change.

Commissions may be terminated without notice/demand for any of the following reasons

1. When the client has violated these Terms of Use and the client does not change the violating condition even after a reasonable period of notice is given.

2. When the client cannot be contacted even after a reasonable period of time has been specified and a recommendation has been given.

-Terms of Application-

・About Model Illustrations

Please be clear about your request at the time of application.

You can discuss the detail design with us, but please have a rough idea of what you want.

Please submit reference materials that clearly convey the design. It would be helpful if you can provide explanatory text to make it easier for us to understand.

-Process-

This commission is not on a first-come, first-served basis.

If selected : I will contact you within 5 days of you submitting the Google form. When I contact you, I will give you an estimate and a start date for the work.

If not selected : I will not contact you.

-Payment-

All payments must be made in advance. Payment method is PayPal.

Payment must be made within 3 days.

Commissions will be cancelled if payment is not received.

Commissions are non-refundable once they have been initiated. The only exception is if I am unable to proceed with the commission due to reasons of my own.

-Progress and revisions of commissions-

In order to keep the schedule on track, please confirm and contact me promptly.

When I submit data to you, please check and reply within two days of my contact with you.

I will contact you promptly if any situation arises that may hinder me from proceeding with the commission.

There is no set number of revisions, but please provide clear feedback so that we do not run over schedule.

Please contact us with all revisions at once.

Corrections to processes prior to the one being worked on will not be accepted. If you must make a correction, it will be recognized as an additional commission and an additional fee will be charged.

If the schedule is exceeded, the work will not be prioritized for that commission.

Any new parting out or modification of model illustrations after delivery will be considered an additional commission.

You may request additional outfit or rigging in the future.
